US Marine Issue Wet Weather Poncho Liner (All Purpose Liner APL) with zipper. Genuine Military Issue. These Liners are made to accompany the Wet Weather Poncho but they can also be used alone as a blanket. Has side and corner ties to secure to the poncho or zippers to make a lightweight sleeping bag. Great for backpacking, camping, ball games, Bug Out Survival bag, or emergency blanket for the car or truck. Lovingly referred to as the “Woobie” by our troops.
