This is a 20 Patacas from Macao (or Macau, if you prefer) dated 18 May 2020. This note shows the old facade of the Bank of Macao building and the new building on the front. The back shows a map of Macao circa 1870, as well as a junk and some palm trees. This note is a Macau p-91 in the catalog and B092a in The Banknote Book.
